Dr. Urban's List of Exercises to Avoid in 2020 (and beyond)
With January just a few weeks away, many people will make their health a priority in the new year. Part of that focus will include adding exercise to their daily or weekly regimens. While we are not ones to tell someone not to exercise, just because you can do certain exercises doesn’t mean you should. The following list are exercises that are prone to causing injury. I included replacement exercises that focus on the same part of your body but won’t injure you (when done correctly).
Any exercise that causes pain is one to avoid so always listen to your body. Exercise can make you sore but it should not cause you to be in pain.
